Who we work with

Operators who can't afford a laundry outage.

If on-site laundry is part of how your business runs, we can help.

Laundromats

Coin and card-operated sites

Vended washers and dryers, payment systems, change machines. We focus on the wear items that take a bay out of service for the longest.

Hotels & accommodation

On-premise laundries

Linen and towel turnover that has to keep up with housekeeping. Scheduled servicing avoids the late-night call-out before checkout.

Gyms & fitness

Towel laundries on heavy duty

Hundreds of cycles a week. We focus on the wear items that fail first under high-frequency use — belts, bearings, door seals.

Aged care & healthcare

Compliance-sensitive sites

Laundry availability is essential. We work to your access requirements and timeframes, with documented inspections you can keep on file.

Childcare & education

Smaller machines, constant load

Right-sized servicing intervals based on actual use — not a generic schedule borrowed from a bigger operation.

Restaurants & hospitality

Hard cycles, no patience for downtime

Tea towels, aprons and table linen running through small commercial machines on demanding programs. We service the cycle, not just the machine.

Smart preventative maintenance

Why scheduled servicing pays for itself.

Reactive callouts are the most expensive way to keep a commercial laundry running. Scheduled servicing changes the economics — fewer outages, longer equipment life, and a real maintenance record you can produce when an insurer, regulator or buyer asks for one.

  • 01

    Avoid the breakdown

Catch wear before it becomes a fault. Reactive callouts cost the machine, the business, and the customer waiting at the other end.

  • 02

    Extend equipment life

Bearings, seals and elements that run to failure damage adjacent parts. Scheduled replacement avoids cascading repairs that turn into a write-off.

  • 03

    Lower running costs

Cycle times, water and energy use creep up as machines age. Servicing measures the drift and brings the machine back into spec.

  • 04

    Compliance and safety

Documented inspections are valuable for insurance, gas regulation, and fire-risk management. We leave a written record after every visit.

What we check during a service visit

Eight things on every scheduled visit.

The list is the same whether it's a single machine or a fleet of twenty — we just work through it on each unit and document what we find.

  1. 01

    Drum bearings, seals and suspension

Worn bearings and stretched suspension are the most common cause of vibration, noise and water ingress. Caught early they're a part swap, not a rebuild.

  2. 02

    Belts, pulleys and motor mounts

Stretched or glazed belts slip under heavy loads and shorten cycle effectiveness. Mounts cushion the motor — when they fail, the motor goes next.

  3. 03

    Heating elements and burner safety

Element resistance and thermostat calibration on electric units. Flame sensor, ignitor and safety-valve checks on gas dryers, plus burner combustion quality.

  4. 04

Water inlet, hoses and pressure sensors

Inlet valves, hose condition and pressure sensors all drift over time and cause incomplete fills, error codes, or slow leaks behind the cabinet.

  5. 05

    Drain pumps, filters and lines

High lint loads and the occasional coin, button or hairgrip — we strip the pump filter, check impeller condition, and clear drain lines.

  6. 06

    Door interlocks, switches and sensors

High-cycle commercial doors wear interlocks faster than residential. We test under load and replace before they nuisance-trip the machine.

  7. 07

Lint traps, exhaust ducting and external vents

Lint is the single biggest fire risk in a commercial laundry. We clean ducting and external vents, and check that airflow meets manufacturer spec.

  8. 08

    Electronic controls and error logs

Most modern machines log intermittent faults that don't trip a service code. We pull the log, address the patterns, and clear it for next time.

How we engage

Four ways we work with commercial sites.

Most sites are a mix — a scheduled servicing arrangement, with emergency repair as needed and one-off projects when machines turn over.

Recurring

Scheduled preventative servicing

Regular site visits on an agreed interval — quarterly, six-monthly, or matched to your load profile. Same checklist every visit, with a written report after each one.

  • Interval set by machine count and weekly cycles
  • Documented findings + recommendations
  • Common wear items replaced on the visit

Reactive

Emergency repairs

A machine is down and business is affected. Call us with the make, model and fault. We bring common spares for that platform and aim to fix on the first visit where possible.

  • Phone diagnosis to narrow the fault
  • Common spares carried for serviced platforms
  • Quote confirmed before work begins

Project

Installation & relocation

New machines, replacements, or moving equipment between sites. We coordinate plumbing, electrical (with licensed trades) and ducting, and check that the install meets manufacturer specs.

  • Site survey before order
  • Coordination with licensed electricians / gas fitters
  • Commissioning + handover documentation

Documented

Written service record

Every visit ends with a written record — what was checked, what was replaced, what to keep an eye on next time. Useful for compliance, insurance, and equipment audits.

  • Per-machine inspection notes
  • Parts replaced, parts to watch
  • 12 months parts / 3 months labour warranty

Brands we service

Speed Queen is our day-to-day.

We work primarily on Speed Queen and the other major commercial laundry brands. We can source parts and service support for most equipment used in Australian commercial laundries.

If your equipment isn't on this list, call us anyway — we'll tell you if we can service it.

  • Commercial washer-extractors (soft-mount and rigid-mount)

  • Commercial dryers — gas and electric, single and stacked

  • Coin and card-operated laundromat equipment

  • Flat-work ironers and finishing equipment

  • Vended dispensers, change machines, payment systems

  • Commercial dryer ducting and ventilation

Getting a quote

We quote off your fleet, not a price list.

Commercial work is quoted, not priced off a sheet. The fastest way is a phone call — we can usually quote scheduled servicing off a list of makes and models, and emergency repairs once we've inspected the fault.

For multi-site or larger operations, [PLACEHOLDER: confirm whether you provide site agreements, NDAs, or insurance certificates — and what your standard terms look like].

What we need from you

  • Make, model and approximate age of each machine
  • How many machines and how they're configured (stacked, in-line, multi-site)
  • Access details — hours, key/security, where machines sit on site
  • Approximate weekly cycle count, if you know it
  • What you're after — scheduled servicing, an emergency repair, or a quote on a new install

Don't have all of this? Call us anyway — we can usually piece it together on the phone.
